Judy Miller was born in Red Bay, Alabama and has lived in Marion County, Alabama most of her life. Judy is married and has 2 children.
Judy has been with MCT since 2013. Judy has over 25 years of real estate experience. In her daily role at MCT, Judy summarizes recorded documents, such as mortgages, deeds, and contracts, affecting title to property. Judy examines mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, contracts, and agreements to verify legal description, ownership, restrictions, or conformity to requirements. Judy also analyzes encumbrances to title and prepares report outlining encumbrances and actions required to clear title. Judy works diligently with interested parties to resolve problems.
Prior to coming to MCT, Judy was the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama from 2007 to 2013. Before taking over as Judge of Probate in 2007, Judy worked as a clerk in the Office of the Judge of Probate for 15 years. Also, Judy is on the Board of Directors of Shottsville Fire Department and Charter Member of the Hamilton Lions Club.
